Koerner Construction LLC, is a family owned and operated construction company serving Dutchess, Ulster, Columbia and Green and Orange counties successfully for over 20 years. Dale and Kristy started the company in 2005. Dale’s vision was clear, to deliver and meet his customer’s expectations. With Kristy’s, background in retail management and Dale’s background as a Superintendent  for a national Construction company the pair was unstoppable and managed to grow business through customer referrals. In July 2019 the unexpected happened and Dale passed away from Lymphoma. His wish was to keep the business going in case his  children wanted to someday follow in his footsteps. Kristy and her well trained team were able to pull through and has continued to build great relationships and execute projects timely and efficiently as always. Kristy prides herself on  always being available to her customers and always returning calls.
