Koerner Construction LLC, is a family owned and operated construction company serving Dutchess, Ulster, Columbia, Greene, Orange, Sullivan, Westchester, Albany counties and surrounding areas. Commercial contractor, Dale Koerner, started Koerner Construction LLC, in 2005 with over 20 years of experience in the building industry. Dale has traveled the country building high-end restaurants including The Hard Rock Cafe in Hollywood, Florida, Game On- Fenway Park in Boston, and Bouchon Bakery in the Time Warner Center in New York City.
