Diane IWe are so happy we found Kristy Koerner! We hired Koerner Construction for two bathroom renovations - a gut renovation of our master bathroom and a partial remodel of a guest bathroom. We hit it off with Kristy immediately - she is professional, organized, responsive and just a very likable person! Her crew is a great group of talented guys who are respectful and friendly. I appreciated that the schedule was well managed - Kristy texted me daily with updates, and her crew always showed up when they said they would. I also really appreciated that Kristy handled my numerous requests throughout the process with kindness and professionalism. We love our new bathrooms - they turned out beautifully! I’ve included a photo of master bath. Kristy and her team will be renovating our basement next! Highly recommend!Posted on Google
Pam WrightDoing renovations is stressful, but the team at Koerner did everything possible to make it less so. When they say that building relationships is their goal, they mean it. From the beginning and throughout the job, we were listened to and responded to in a helpful manner. Everything was explained from pricing to scheduling. Kristy stayed calm when we got stressed, and we came to call the four workers the "dream team." I had a reaction to the door stain (the work was being done in our downstairs apartment). Bryan moved the door into the utility part of the basement, hung heavy plastic at the base of the stair and put a barrier at the base of the door to minimize any smell so I would have less reaction. They work without noisy music, respectfully maintain quiet during the morning hours and do really beautiful, finished work. They cleaned up after themselves, and Kristy even came to clean after they finished. We have 2 dogs who like to get out, and they were extremely careful every time they had to go out the gate. The final project is beautiful (it's a bathroom, so it was a multi-layered job). We feel really lucky to have worked with Koerner and recommend them highly.Posted on Google
Theresa BurkeA great experience with Kristy and her crew. It's not easy to go through a home renovation and if I had to do it all over again it would be with Koerner Construction! Reliable, thorough and clean. Thank you!Posted on Google
Sandra SnyderKristy and her team have done numerous home improvement projects for us over the years. They do exceptional work. They show up on time, great attention to details, and always answer our questions. We look forward to using them for our future projects.Posted on Google
Dan SternbergI can't say enough good things about Kristy Koerner. I bought a home from Kristy a year ago, one that she had renovated for sale. She had done a marvelous job with a careful, tasteful and intelligent renovation. Sadly, within months we experienced a frozen pipe and bad water damage. I called Kristy to recommend a plumber. Instead, she and her crew turned up at my door and within days had started the cleanup and repairs, which were finished quickly and flawlessly. Since that time Kristy and her superb team are my first call for anything. More than a contractor, she's a dedicated neighbor, community member and friend.Posted on Google
Noell SottileKoerner Construction was highly recommended to us by neighbors, and we are extremely happy that we used them! They brought our vision of finishing an unused basement space into beautiful reality. Kristy Koerner is highly knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and has a team of equally skilled professionals working with her who together made our basement remodeling a smooth, seamless, and efficient process. The job was completed right on schedule and we began immediately to enjoy the new space. Thank you Koerner Construction!Posted on Google

Dustin BraudKoerner Construction recently completed a basement renovation for us, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Kristy and her team were incredibly communicative, keeping us updated at every stage—from the initial design consultation to the final walkthrough. They helped transform what was once a dark, underutilized space into a bright, functional area that now serves as an office, media room, and guitar zone. The craftsmanship was top-notch. The flooring installation was flawless, the recessed lighting added a modern touch, and the custom column wraps gave the space a polished, cohesive look.Posted on Google
